In 2019 Bianca Searle followed her heart and Flourish Grazing was born.

Bianca has been in the hospitality and events industry for nearly 12 years. From managing events in some of the most prestigious venues in London to arranging catering for the elite, and working alongside some of the largest names in the industry, Bianca’s love and experience are unparalleled.

After a few months of trading, it became apparent that the demand for grazing was extraordinary. There was room to grow Flourish Grazing. This is where Lauren Lawson becomes the most important part of this wonderful story.

Lauren is a primary school teacher and a loving mum of three. Lauren has always had an artistic flair and a love for interior design which is apparent within her home. Her three kids have first-class birthday party displays and the Lawson house is often the place of choice for family and friends to gather.

Since then Flourish Grazing has grown into its name and flourished into one of the leading grazing companies in the UK.

Bianca and Lauren are nothing short of the perfect team.
