Flourish Grazing Events fully commit to collecting table stands left at the event location within 7 days.

When hiring any form of Tablescape from Flourish Grazing Events you are agreeing to the following:

– You will clean all items before returning to ensure that there are no traces of food or oils. Failure to do so will mean that we cannot use the items again and we will charge you in full for each item. As a customer, you agree to pay these charges within 7 days.

– We understand that accidents happen, however, for any breakages we will need to replace the broken items and charge you for this. We will charge the exact value of the item as it will appear online. As the customer, you agree to pay this within 7 days.

– Any items missing will be charged in full for. As as the customer, you agree to pay this in 7 days. Pictures of the spread will be taken before we leave your event.

Grazing tables MUST be consumed in 3 hours. After this time, we strongly advise you to clear any leftover food and dispose of this. If you have agreed with us that we are clearing your leftover food, then we must dispose of anything left over. We are unable to leave any food boxes for leftovers. Flourish Grazing accepts no responsibility for any guests consuming food after 3 hours. We advise you to make an announcement that the food will be cleared 30 minutes prior to the spread being left out for 3 hours. At larger events we encourage you to ask your DJ to make this announcement for you.

If you are collecting food platters or boxes then these must be placed inside a fridge within 30 minutes of your collection time. Please ensure the grazing items are kept flat, held or strapped in when in your vehicle.

We will only ever provide plates, cutlery and napkins when this is added onto your order. When we first quote for your booking the option to add on these items is always offered.

Flourish Grazing Events do not offer refunds. We will charge a 50% cancellation fee if we do not have 84 days (12 weeks) notice, this is due to us turning away other business. If you cancel within 14 days (two weeks) of your event date then we will charge 100% of your order value.

You have until 14 days prior to your event to make any changes or amends to your number, menu options and table designs.

A deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable but can be used against other items such as grazing boxes should you need to cancel your order within the above guidelines. The final numbers and balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event date.

As a customer of Flourish Grazing Events it is your responsibility to ensure you make us aware of any food allergies or dietary requirements upon booking.

As the client you are accountable for ensuring the surface that we are grazing on is protected. Flourish Grazing use grazing paper, however, this is not used to protect your surface and prevent any damages. Flourish Grazing use their own surfaces for preparing food and are not liable for any damages caused from the grazing table once they are off premises.
