Flourish Grazing Events do not offer refunds. We will charge a 50% cancellation fee if we do not have 84 days (12 weeks) notice, this is due to us turning away other business. If you cancel within 14 days (two weeks) of your event date then we will charge 100% of your order value. 

You have until 14 days prior to your event to make any changes or amends to your number, menu options and table designs.

A deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable but can be used against other items such as grazing boxes should you need to cancel your order within the above guidelines. The final numbers and balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event date.

As a customer of Flourish Grazing Events it is your responsibility to ensure you make us aware of any food allergies or dietary requirements upon booking.

We cannot guarantee that our products are safe to consume for those that have nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies. Grazing products contain nuts, butters and eggs, while we take the steps to ensure we minimize the risk of cross contamination we cannot confirm that our products are safe for those with the allergies listed above.

Grazing tables should be eaten within 4 hours. As the client you are accountable for ensuring the surface that we are grazing on is protected. Flourish Grazing use grazing paper, however, this is not used to protect your surface and prevent any damages. Flourish Grazing use their own surfaces for preparing food and are not liable for any damages caused from the grazing table once they are off premises.

Grazing boxes can be refrigerated but expect condensation on the film when you remove the box. This usually goes once left in room temperature for 15 minutes. I would recommend removing the crackers and keeping them at room temperature before refrigerating the boxes.
